Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.

Good experience overall. However, their private labeled so-called gelato is absolutely the worst. Totally lacking in creaminess and density. It's obvious that their buyers have no clue what gelato is.

This store does a great job keeping things organized. Even when employees are restocking shelves, they make sure customers can still move through the aisles comfortably. During my last visit, someone offered assistance without being asked, which made finding an item much easier.

Overall great customer service and availability of selections. However, I noticed over the last few months the quality of their Atlantic farm salmon has decreased. No matter what time of day, it looks slimy and mushy, which is indicative of poor quality and maybe spoilage. It also has a pungent fishy smell (another sign of poor quality) and does not taste good. They used to have really great salmon so not sure if itโs an issue with the supplier or just trying to sell old inventory. Hoping it can get better, cause Whole Foods is too expensive!

I canโt say enough good things about The Fresh Market! This has officially become my new favorite grocery store. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Iโm particularly obsessed with their prepackaged mealsโthey are high-quality, delicious, and make weeknight dinners so much easier. I also love the convenience of their curbside pickup; being able to order groceries and have someone deliver them right to my car is a total game-changer. Highly recommend!

My favorite grocery store. I love the variety, and original items. I really enjoy their banana nut bread and the one with chocolate chips added to it. I like that they have a prepared foods counter, and the individual prepared foods, such as cod or salmon with green beans and a medallion of butter. They have a nice wine selection as well. I like their bakery and meat and seafood counter. However, what I donโt appreciate is how I am constantly disappointed with the remains of the unsold food items I have to accept EVERY Sunday. They seem to refuse to restock any FRESH items like breads, individual meals, etc. This should not be. Sundays are always my grocery shopping days, and I crave fresh, delicious foods from this market, but they fail me every time. I seriously hope that they donโt continue this way. Itโs difficult to find time to shop there during the week unless itโs in the evenings, and itโs nearly the same situation all over again with my missing out on the delicious foods that I go there for in the first place.
